Deep Space Network
The Deep Space Network (DSN) is an international network of antennas placed approximately 120 degrees apart around the world. By switching between stations as the Earth rotates, the DSN can remain in constant radio communications with spacecraft.
The Australian Deep Space Communication Complex is located near Canberra at Tidbinbilla.
You can find more information about the DSN here!
The other facilities are located at Goldstone, in California's Mojave Desert, and near Madrid in Spain.
